The location of this venue is quiet, lovely, and very close to all the events in town.

The room was pet-friendly and pretty spacious, which was great! The bed was super comfy, and I really liked that 😊. They had a microwave, and we could make tea or coffee whenever we wanted. There was also a fridge in the room, so convenient. The staff were all really nice and pleasant to deal with.

The rooms here are so pretty and cozy, and some even have a cool indoor whirlpool 🛁. The people working here are super nice and always ready to help out. They even wake you up and iron your clothes for free.

The breakfast was excellent and the hostess was very personable and accommodating. The pool had the right amount of chlorine despite its shallow depth. The addition of a business center was a great amenity.

There were no restaurants to get food past 9pm. We got in at 9:20 and had to order a pizza and use the vending machine.

My stay was pretty much very enjoyable. No major problems at all.

This particular Americinn had absolutely no water pressure in the shower. I'd say that that was my biggest complaint.

The rooms here are super nice and well-kept, with everything you need like a shower, hairdryers, and big bath towels 🛁. The spot is also in a great and peaceful area, plus it's only a 15-minute stroll to the local cinema.

The pool was clean and inviting, and the lobby was well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious and convenient, with plenty of options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Valley City.

Hairs left in tub. Found an assortments of toys, papers, and garbage around bed under bed skirt. Charging extra for a crappy cot.

i got charged 20.00 more than my daughter for same room. her name is danielle ortiz and we got same room but hers was cheaper, why is that

our stay at the hotel was fantastic. the staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Pam at breakfast. pet-friendly rooms were fresh and clean, no animal smell. the breakfast was amazing, and we could even take it to our room!

Housekeeping missed a few things. towels taken but dirty ones left, no replacement soap, and coffee station not refilled.

The room itself was just fine for this hotel class, and the internet was easy and reliable.

The facilities outside of the room were lacking--the ice maker on our floor broken, the only treadmill not functioning, the pool under repair, the stairwell carpet messy, and the elevator had a mind of its own. Breakfast was a disappointment--the scambled eggs that were promised never appeared in 15+ minutes and the single staff member seemed overwhelmed.
